Ordering one of our custom printed products? Here is what you need to know:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please select your custom printed product carefully, as there are strictly no returns or exchanges. We do not hold onto surplus printed uniforms. If your item in faulty, please email us with your order number, name, the description of your fault and photos of the fault within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Faults do not include general wear and tear, misuse, or not following the care instructions.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

GARMENTS: Delicate cold machine wash or hand wash only. Use mild detergent. Do not use sanitisers, whitening or bleach products. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in the shade inside out. Do not iron. Exposing to heat (tumble dryers, sunlight, heaters, fireplaces and irons) will result in fading, cracking or peeling of the print.

DRINK BOTTLES: Hand wash only. Print will be compromised if placed in the dishwasher.

BAGS & ACCESSORIES: Spot clean with a damp cloth using mid colour-safe detergent. Machine wash & tumble drying not recommended.
